Digital delivery and refund assistance

MONEY ALOFT sells downloadable PDF eBooks and ZIP bundles. Check the book title, selected language and price before placing your order.

File or delivery problems

If a purchased download is missing, corrupted, unreadable or in the wrong language, email moneyaloftai@zohomail.in with your order number and purchase email. We will investigate, and where possible provide the correct usable file. If we cannot resolve an eligible delivery defect, you can request a refund.

Change-of-mind requests

Because correct digital content can be downloaded and retained, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after successful delivery, except as required by applicable law or agreed in writing. Duplicate charges and other problems are reviewed individually. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
